On October 1 we completed two beautiful days of grape harvest for the 2007 vintage.  Taking an old world approach to our harvest, we hand picked the grapes prior to the crush.  The wine is now ready for bottling.  It will be held for release in April 2009 to assure the necessary bottle time.  We recommend the last of the superb 2005 vintage for your immediate purchase.  The '06 cabernet will go through a lengthy fermentation and barrel aging process and will be ready for drinking in the fall of '08.  We recommend the purchase of the 2004 vintage as it now has sufficient bottle aging.  For a slideshow of this year's harvest please click the link below.
